Classes & programs Information
We understand that everyone has different needs. You may have never worked out before or may be a professional athlete, we will build a program that suits your fitness level. If you are worried about injury or have an injury that may prevent you from starting a fitness regimen and you would like knowledgeable trainers to guide you, please come and see us.
Small group classes focus on specific activities or parts of the body and are taught by best-in-class instructors. You’ll be coached through a programmed workout designed to maximize efficiency and deliver results, all while being supported and motivated by a group.
Our signature workout utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout – including proper heavy bag training – to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core, stamina and your confidence. Empowering, exhilarating and totally addictive—this is your new favorite workout class.
Strength and Conditioning
No matter your age or athletic ability, strength training is the key to flexibility, mobility, improved performance and lower injury risk. Anyone, at any fitness level, can and should strength train.
Less time, more results. If you’re trying to live a healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule, a circuit workout is an efficient way to knock out a strength training AND cardio session all at once. Studies and research show that with a 15- or 30-minute circuit workout, you can build muscle mass, while also burning calories and spiking your metabolism to help with fat and weight loss and getting in better overall shape.
